French Fried Shrimp

1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 cup ice water
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 egg
2 to 3 pounds shrimp, raw

Make batter by combining all ingredients except shrimp. Chill. Shell and devein shrimp; leave tails on. Dip shrimp in batter and fry in deep hot fat. Drain on papper towels and serve hot with Parsley Seafood Sauce.
