1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 egg, beaten
1 cup 1% lowfat milk
to decorate hard candy

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or spray baking pan well with cooking spray. In food processor or large bowl mix all dry ingredients together. Add milk, egg and oil. Mix until just blended. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until knife come out clean when inserted. Let cool, then remove bread from pan onto flat surface.

Use candy to decorate. Try jelly beans for the eyes, a non pareil for the nose, red shoe-string licorice for the mouth, black shoe-string licorice for a bowtie, and jelly beans for buttons.
