Chili-Seasoned Lamb Chops

1/2 cup lime juice
1/4 cup Crisco® Vegetable Oil
2 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
8 cloves garlic, mashed
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
16 shoulder lamb chops, cut 1/2-inch thick

In bowl, combine lime juice, oil, chili powder, garlic, salt and pepper. Rub on both sides of lamb chops. Pan fry for 4 minutes on each side. Serve.
