1 lb. lean ground beef
2 8-oz.cans tomato sauce, divided
1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
1 large egg, beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
cooking spray
3 tablespoons brown sugar

Preheat oven to 375°F.Place beef, 1 can tomato sauce, bread crumbs, egg, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Blend until well mixed; set aside. Line a lipped-baking sheet with foil. Coat with cooking spray. Portion meat mixture into six mini loaves (about 4 x 2 x 3/4-inches each); place on pan.Blend sugar into remaining can of tomato sauce in a bowl. Pour sauce mixture evenly over all the loaves. Bake meatloaves for 25 minutes, or until no longer pink. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
