Turkey (or Chicken) and Stuffing Casserole
A great way to use up leftover Thanksgiving turkey. Another great freezer recipe.

2 cups cooked and diced turkey, or chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups chicken broth
8 oz. package herb seasoned stuffing
1/4 lb. butter or margarine, melted

1. Combine melted butter and stuffing mix. (You can substitute leftover stuffing).

2. Pour half into 10 X 13 baking dish and spread out for crust.

3. Spread chicken or turkey on top.

4. Meanwhile, combine soup and broth in saucepan on the stove and heat until well combined. Pour sauce on top of chicken (or turkey).

5. Top with remaining crust mixture.

6. Freeze casserole in dish.

To heat: Thaw and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Can be covered with foil and baked from frozen state. This usually takes 45 to 60 minutes.

Can be divided into two smaller casserole dishes for smaller families.
