Mother Safford's Spaghetti Salad
This recipe is very quick and easy to make.
Serves: 6-8

1 package (7 ounces) spaghetti, broken and cooked
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
2 large ribs celery, chopped
1 green pepper, minced (optional)
1 jar (3-4 ounces) pimiento-stuffed olives, sliced
1 large onion, grated
mayonnaise, (enough to moisten salad well)

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve cold.
