Avocado-Chili Nutrition Plate

Cook Time: 5 minutes


2 ripe avocados, halved, peeled
2-3 tomatoes, chopped
lemon juice
4 ounces American cheese, grated
15 ounces chili with beans, canned

Sprinkle lemon juice on avocados to retain color.

Heat chili thoroughly; add tomatoes.

Spoon mixture into avocados and top each with grated cheese.

Place under broiler briefly until cheese melts.

Serve with enriched and skim milk.
