Toasted Cumin Vinaigrette
Compliments our Israeli Avocado Salad.

Cook Time: 2 minutes


3-4 tablespoons cumin seeds
2/3 cup olive oil, mild or 1/3 cup olive oil, fruity
1/3 cup lemon juice, fresh
pepper, freshly ground

Toast the cumin seeds in a small skillet over low heat, stirring occasionally, until fragrant; it will take just a minute or two.

Grind the cumin in a spice mill, then whisk together with the remaining ingredients.
