Serves: 6
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 35 min.

2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can (14 ounces) beef broth
1 tbsp. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. margarine or 2 tbsp. butter
6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick (about 1 1/2 pounds)
1 medium onion, sliced (about 1 cup)

Mix cornstarch, broth and brown sugar until smooth. Set aside.

In medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat half the margarine. Add chops in 2 batches and cook 10 min. or until browned. Set chops aside.

Reduce heat to medium. Add remaining margarine. Add onion. Cook until tender-crisp.
