Cheese Tortellini with Garden Vegetables
In less than 30 minutes you can serve-up this colorful vegetable pasta to your family.

Cook Time: 10 minutes


1 package (9 oz.) BUITONIĀ® Refrigerated Three Cheese Tortellini, cooked, drained and kept warm
2 tablespoons butter, or margarine
1 medium zucchini, cut into strips
11/2 cup mushrooms, fresh
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 medium yellow bell pepper
1 container (15 oz.) BUITONIĀ® refrigerated Marinara Sauce
1 tablespoon basil, fresh, chopped

HEAT butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add zucchini, mushrooms and bell peppers; cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes or until tender. Reduce heat to low; add sauce. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until heated through.

ARRANGE vegetable mixture on serving platter or individual plates; top with pasta. Sprinkle with basil.
