Quick Cook Tortilla Soup
A creative and tasty dish!

1 package (10 oz.) PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Original Roasted Carved Chicken Breast
1 family-size can Chicken with Rice soup
1 can (15 1/2 oz.) white hominy
1 can (15 1/4 oz.) whole kernel corn
1 jar (16 oz.) picante sauce
3 cups tortilla chips, crushed
3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Tear or cut chicken into bite-size pieces. In a Dutch oven or large pot, add chicken, soup, broth, hominy, corn and picante sauce. Simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in chips. Serve, topping each bowl with 2 tablespoons of cheese.
