1 recipe Refrigerator Sweet Yeast Dough, *Coolrise Sweet Dough
3 cups Powdered sugar, sifted
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/4 cup fresh orange juice

Prepare Coolrise Sweet Dough as directed. Combine powdered sugar, orange zest, butter, and orange juice in a large bowl. Divide Coolrise Sweet Dough in half and roll each piece into a 14 by 7-inch rectangle. Spread one-fourh of orange filling onto each rectangle, leaving a 1-inch margin on long sides. Roll dough jelly-roll fashion, starting at long side. Pinch seam to seal, but do not seal ends. Cut into 12 equal slices per roll. Place slices, cut side down, in greased muffin pans. Cover loosley with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator 2 to 24 hours. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake rolls 15 to 20 minutes. Frost rolls with remaining orange filling while still warm, but not hot.
