Basil Vinaigrette

1 large garlic clove, peeled
1/3 cup basil leaves, packed fresh
2/3 cup olive oil, preferably extra virgin
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Place garlic in Work Bowl of Chopper Attachment. Cover and process at "HIGH" Speed (8) until finely chopped. Add oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper; pulse at "LOW" Speed (1) just until combined. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 1 week before serving. Toss with salad greens or use to marinate roasted peppers.
