Fresh Orange Pasta Salad

6 cups pasta, cooked, drained (2 cups each of 3 types of pasta, such as bowties, fusilli, and penne)*
3 oranges, peeled, cut into half-cartwheel slices
1 cup asparagus, cooked, cut into 2-inch lengths**
1/4 cup Crisco® Vegetable Oil
grated orange zest, from 1/2 orange
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
fresh lemon juice, from 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

In large bowl, combine cooked pasta, orange half-cartwheel slices and asparagus.In small bowl, whisk together oil, orange zest and juice, lemon juice, honey and mustard.Pour over and mix well with pasta ingredients.Salt and pepper to taste.Chill.Toss well before serving.

Cook pasta according to package directions for time and amount to yield 2 cups each, cooked.

Cooked green beans or broccoli flowerets can be substituted for asparagus.
