Chunky Beef & Rice
Instant rice and a can of chunky soup combine to make a hearty main dish in just 15 minutes!
Serves: 2 servings (about 2 cups each)
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes


1 can (18.8 ounces) Campbell's® Chunky™ Beef with Country Vegetables Soup
1 cup instant white rice, prepared according to package directions (about 2 cups)

Heat the soup in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat until hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.  Serve the soup over the rice.
