Chicken & Stuffing with Lemon Honey Glaze

Cook Time: 60 minutes


1 can (14 oz.) vegetable broth
2 tbsp. butter or 2 tbsp. margarine
2 medium carrots, shredded
5 cups Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing
4 bone-in chicken breast halves
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. Lemon juice
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes

MIX broth, butter and carrot in saucepan. Heat to a boil. Remove from heat. Add stuffing. Mix lightly.

SPOON into greased 3-qt. shallow baking dish. Arrange chicken skin-side up over stuffing. Mix honey, lemon juice and parsley. Brush on chicken.

BAKE at 375°F. for 1 hr. or until done. Stir stuffing before serving.
