Actually I have been making quick dressing like this for years. My daughter can not eat dairy so this was our solution. The broth puts a wonderful flavor in to the dressing & it also works great in mashed potatoes. We have converted many family members to use the broth method instead of milk & butter, just on the great flavor alone.

Chicken Broth is a great equalizer for cooks of all adds richness and flavor to anything it is added to.....just be careful of the salt!!!
